Hi. I'm looking to connect with other investors in the Palm Bay/Melbourne Florida area to discuss partnerships/opportunities for flipping homes in that area. Also looking to find trustworthy contractors to do rehab work.

I have yet to do my first deal. I have had some investments in commercial property in Indiana in the past (and maintaining one there at this time, in a strip mall). This year is about learning and acquiring knowledge. I am interested in investing in a mobile home park next year and in the mean time am looking for a flip or possible rental to start earning passive income. Any knowledge you could pass along would be welcomed! I did contact Priscilla Z and am on the email list. Hope to see you at the next meeting.
