    @Joey Hamaoui, Bigger pockets member @Robert Hetsler is right there in JAX.  He deals a lot in 1031 types of structures but also has go to guys for specialized transaction needs in any real estate sector.  Great guy and very conscientious.

    Are you looking for retail/restaurant/office or multi-family/residential? There's a pretty big divide when it comes to lawyers as to which of the 2 they really focus their practices on.
