I joined Partner Driven 2 months ago, I was quoted the 10K and im paying $1,500.00 a month. The problem I found with them is that they have so much going on. One of my problems is that I've been a contractor all my life and im not very computer savvy. They have training live webinars 2 in the afternoon that they want you to be on, they have training every weekday evening. Alot of the training teaches you about apps, and events coming in the future that are really commercials because ofcourse you have to pay extra for them. they have so many different parts and systems for instance I just found out today that the one on one coaching i thought I signed up for where they fund you deals and you split 50/50 has 3 parts. The first is 1 on 1 coaching where they do exactly what i just wrote. The second part is the apprentice 1 on 1 coaching where you do the training at your own pace and if you find a good deal you send it in. If they agree its a deal worth doing they'll get in touch with me but if they dont like it I probably won't here from them. Thats from the horses mouth Peter himself said this in a training video I watched today that was more of a commercial to sign up for the 1 on 1 couching. The third coaching program is someone simply signing up with them to learn to invest on their own however if you submit a good deal that makes sense they may entertain partnering with you.

My first two weeks I had to find out what Facebook Groups were, some training is done through FBG's  some is done through Zoom, and certain things have to be done, and training met before they will work with you at all. I'm calling tomorrow for the last time because I'm lost, I've reached out twice for help and got no help, I'm $3,000.00 in and I would have learned more watching that money spin as I flushed it down the toilet. They do have a very awesome app called Deal Driven which is an extremely awesome marketing - organizing - information and skip tracing tool. Of course you get the basics but if you want to full version of the tool it $50.00 bucks per mo. extra and you need to buy credits for things like skip tracing.

To be honest I've learned so much more right here through Bigger Pockets, and I believe  you can find a mentor on here or someone that would be willing to help you out right here.

@Thomas Fredella I have never heard of them either but I would be hesitant to join anything when there is tons of free RE information available out there, including BP.

The one great thing about paying a ton of money to a group or guru, however it is a way to keep you accountable. You can do that much more efficiently via hiring a business coach or working with a mentor.

Haven’t heard of this company but most of these companies prey on people who dont spend a few minutes to search online. I doubt you would be able to get your money back at this point but im not sure how much value you will get from them vs spending that “class” or meeting time reading a real estate book or connecting with local investors.

    Good luck

This company is a scam, they have mediocre software and zero support. Peter Vekselman himself is a joke and his partner Julia has no idea how real estate works, they sell this software and business model which leaves users in middle of nowhere and then they do not have a refund policy, any program who has no refund policy is basically a scammers group. They do not actually have any money coming in that's why they charge so high and keep changing names so that no one can recognize them and they take a new identity every few years, do not sign anything with them!!!

I call the number from the text message. A lady answered "hello"in a very unprofessional manner, said she was at CVS picking up her rx and would call me later. Nothing happened and I haven't heard from anyone. The experience seemed very scammish

    Hi there,

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustrations you've encountered. I appreciate your feedback and want to address your concerns to help clarify and support you better.

    Training and Webinars

We offer live daily training calls online, which are designed to provide continuous learning opportunities. These sessions are not mandatory but highly beneficial. We also have evening training sessions for those who work during the day. These training sessions are intended to enhance your knowledge and increase your chances of success.

    Deal Driven App and Events

The Deal Driven app training is a key part of our program, helping you utilize powerful tools for marketing, organizing, and skip tracing. Regarding events, we do mention our annual live event, which is optional and priced at $249/ticket. These events are meant to enhance your learning experience but are not required.

    Coaching Programs

I apologize for any confusion regarding our coaching programs. We offer one consistent level of service and the same program to all members, whether it’s through our One Year Membership, Lifetime Membership, or One Deal option. Each option provides full access to our support and resources.

    Deal Submission and Support

We review every deal submitted to ensure it meets our criteria for profit margins and buy box. If a deal doesn’t qualify, our coach personally explains why and offers guidance. It seems there might have been some miscommunication here, and I apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Onboarding and Support

We require an onboarding call to help new partners access our training, app, and resources. We understand that learning new platforms like Facebook and Zoom can be challenging, and we aim to provide as much support as possible.

    Reaching Out for Help

I’m sorry to hear you felt lost and unsupported. We offered a personal one-on-one coaching call to assist you, and I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities. We’re here to help and ensure you feel confident and supported in your journey.

    Deal Driven App Features

Our Deal Driven app is indeed a valuable tool, and it’s free for our partners. While advanced features are available for purchase, partners receive 1,000 free skip traces each month to support their efforts.

    Utilizing Resources

BiggerPockets is an excellent resource, and we support its use. However, Partner Driven is unique in offering full partnership on deals, 100% funding (not a loan), step-by-step guidance, profit splitting, and absorbing 100% of the deal's risk.

    Moving Forward

Please reach out to me directly so we can discuss your concerns and find a way to support you better. Your success and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with our program.

Thank you for your feedback, and I look forward to helping you further.

    Best, Julie Muse

    Hi Nick,

I completely understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing your perspective. It’s always important to do thorough research before committing to any program.

    About Partner Driven

As one of the owners, I can provide some insight into what we offer at Partner Driven:

    • 100% Financing: We cover the costs of acquiring and rehabbing properties, removing significant financial barriers for many investors.
    • Ongoing Coaching: We provide continuous support and mentorship to help you succeed in real estate investing.
    • Profit Sharing: We operate on a 50/50 profit split, ensuring both parties benefit from successful deals.
    • Unique Value: Our program is designed to be hands-on, providing practical experience, full funding, and absorbing the financial risk, which is different from what a book or a typical class might offer.

    Transparency and Support

We strive to be transparent and supportive, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear that some people have felt otherwise. Our goal is to ensure every partner feels valued and supported throughout their journey.

    Real-World Examples

To see some of the deals we’ve done and the successes our partners have achieved, feel free to visit my BiggerPockets profile.

    Hi Will,

Thank you for your input, and I understand your hesitation. It’s always important to consider all options and make an informed decision when it comes to real estate education and investing.

    Free Resources

You’re right; there’s a wealth of free information available, including here on BiggerPockets. Utilizing these resources is a great way to build a strong foundation in real estate investing.

    Accountability and Support

One of the unique aspects of the Partner Driven program is the hands-on support and accountability we provide:

    • 100% Financing: We cover the costs of acquiring and rehabbing properties, which can be a significant advantage for many investors.
    • Ongoing Coaching: Continuous support and mentorship to help you navigate your deals and grow your business.
    • Profit Sharing: We operate on a 50/50 profit split, sharing both the risks and rewards.

    Combining Resources

While free information is invaluable, having a structured program can also offer dedicated guidance and accountability. Whether you choose to join a program like ours, hire a business coach, or work with a mentor, the key is to find the right support system that aligns with your goals.

    Real-World Examples

To get a better sense of what we offer and see some of the successful deals we’ve done with our partners, please visit my BiggerPockets profile.

    Final Thought

It’s crucial to weigh the benefits of paid programs against free resources and determine what works best for your personal situation. If you have any questions or need further information about Partner Driven, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best of luck with your real estate journey!

Please be careful if you are going to pay for the whole year as there is no refund. When I joined this company, I was very excited and paid for the whole year, but during the coaching sessions, I felt all the coaches are poor. This company is not well off, so if you need a partner to fund your deals, find someone else. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I am from WA. And the housing market in my state is very competitive and an average house is almost $850K. When you look at their previous transactions that Partner Driven has done successfully, none of them are with $1000,000 deal. So if you are in a state where houses on average are above $500k, I would say stay away from this company.

I did all the training that was online and attended the coaches corner for first 2.5 months. Also, sent my coach and Peter (in FB group) some deals that I felt are worth looking at, but they kept denying my deals without even looking at them properly. When this happened quite a few times, I felt that I won't be able to do this WA state, as this company may not even have funds to fund the deal. So I asked for partial refund (as I paid in full), but they kept denying based on their policy of refund as the money was used up for tuition cost. I told them, I agree that they can't give me full refund but atleast give me partial refund for 9.5 months that I haven't used their services for. But they kept denying. Its very frustrated for me as I felt my money went in drain.

SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FIND A LOCAL MENTOR INSTEAD. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

    Hello to all...

First... I am a new wholesaler in this business. What really bothers me is these so-called gurus are all using the same model... entice you with glitz and glamour of how you can become a "Real Estate Genius" by using there systems only to find out after you have paid thousands of dollars to them most of the info they teach can be found for free or at least minimal costs.

They just word it differently. In my experience thus far, I have found more accurate information online thru my own research, reading, and speaking with REAL REAL ESTATE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THIS BUSINESS tell me the same thing: These people are here to sell courses..

One other thing to mention is what about the people who are really trying to change their lives by doing something different yet don't have these types of funds they are asking you to put up to learn from? What happened to the premise of teaching someone at a minimal cost on how to fish and once they learn to PAY IT FORWARD TO TEACH SOMEONE ELSE???

Its really sad. Question.. why would Peter, or any of the other so-called gurus charged you thousands of dollars for a course that is mostly outdated, customer service is very poor of even nonexistent, and here is the kicker.... If these courses are all they say they are and they stand by them, why not offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with what they are teaching? That alone should tell you that they do not stand behind the product. They are only here to prey on your emotions and once they get your money, its on to the next sucker.. (No punt intented)...

This is a great time to get into the business! If you are really serious and have the fortitude to succeed as an investor, please do you due diligence, continue to research your niche whether it be Fix and Flips, Wholesaling, Buy and Hold, etc, try to find a REAL MENTOR who is not money driven who will actually help you by giving you the real DATA you need to become a success and meet whatever real estate goals you have set out for yourself.. Just my 2 cents....  :)

I find people can succeed with having resources from a self help sort of system. Too many gurus make it seem like someone will have instant success and when they don't here comes the upsell. "Now you need this' "next you need this" Finally you're in vegas at super mystery weekend with screaming motivators and you feel like your're just waiting on Jim Jones or David Koresh to come out and tell you how to get to paradise.

Had a conversation with both Peter and Julie today. Julie was engaged, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in what we were discussing. Later in the day, I was set up with a call with Peter because we raised concerns about paying $10k–$15k upfront, especially since we’re supposed to be “partners” in these deals. Given my 20+ years of experience in real estate, sourcing and underwriting deals is second nature for me—I’m not looking for mentorship or education.

Again, i didnt request to talk to him.. his team set it up. From the start, Peter seemed annoyed to be on the call. His comment, “You talked to Julie and me on the same day... that never happens... this better be good,” was unexpected—I initially thought he was joking, but it quickly became clear he wasn’t. It was obvious he valued the upfront fee more than the potential of a real partnership where we could collectively earn substantial profits (hundreds of thousands of dollars vs 10k) in a matter of weeks. He prefers to walk over dollars to pick up pennies? It just doesn't make sense.

I would trust a call with Hamas leadership over Peter and Julie.

@Julie Muse I had a initial/ introductory call scheduled and rcvd multiple text message reminders up to 15mins before the call.  3pm came, no call or text. I call the number from the text message. A lady answered "hello"in a very unprofessional manner, said she was at CVS picking up her rx and would call me later. Nothing happened and I haven't heard from anyone.  The experience seemed very scammish
