Hi BP community!
Just a bit about me. I’ll promise to keep it short and to the point.
Just recently moved to Georgia and working in obtaining my Real Estate license in Georgia. I have already obtain my license in the state of Florida but did not practice in Florida as of yet. I am planning in brokering deals for clients as well as investing within my market (Lawrenceville Ga and surrounding areas). As a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida, I planned to network in Florida with investors and agents.
I would like to connect with like minded individuals within the Atlanta area, I don’t mind traveling within one hour radius from the Atlanta metro area. Very energetic positive person that strive for results.

Hi Marvin, Look up the local REIAs. REIAs are where local experts hang and network, who have contractor referals, helps, have knowledge of what is working. I chose GaREIA.

Thanks! I have been searching for groups around my area to network and possibly synergize and collab with. As a matter of fact I was going to your meeting today but I had ran into some errands that took me an hour from the location, and Atlanta traffic is not very kind. Would definitely love to connect.

Welcome to GA. There is a BP meet up on Jan 30th, you may want to look up. Property prices have somewhat risen in metro ATL in last year so make sure to pick good market with healthy tenant pool. Where in South Florida do you recommend?

I am originally from Miami, there is a boom in the Doral area, but there seems to be a lot of competition, the west coast of south Florida is beaming and ready for an expansion, most of the people concentrate on the east coast from West Palm Beach down to Miami. But the west side is virtually ignore, although a lot of investor are already catching on.

My apologies for not replying sooner. Have been crazy during the years ending days. Hope you really had a good holiday. Was planning to have my Real Estate license by the holidays but it did not happen of yet, as most people go on break, I wanted to exploit it to create business opportunities for me. Anyhow, I am planning in getting it within the next two weeks. I am most definitely interested in connecting with you. When do you plan on moving?
