Looking for Attorney or Title Co. for Deal in Flossmoor, Illinois

Hey folks,

I'm looking for a closing attorney or title company for a closing south of Chicago, east of Joliet, in a town called Flossmoor.  Obviously, the attorney/title company doesn't need to be in that town, but someone relatively close would be easier.

Any recommendations, please let me know!  And if I use your recommended person/company, I'm happy to send you a free copy of my books!

Gary Davidson Hello J Scott . Good to here from you. Good to know your investing in this area. I use Castle Law . Ask for Gary Davidson He will not disappoint. Maybe we can JV I invest in Joliet, il Good luck.

    Prism title in Chicago and haske and haske located in elgin!

    I have done a few in that area.. I will see if I can dig the guys name up.. but it was pretty funny I call Chicago title to open escrow myself and they ask what law firm I am with.. I said I am not I am the seller... they said you need a lawyer to open escrow I says I the hell don't need any lawyer to help me with a simple sales transaction.. we went back and forth I ended up having to pay a lawyer 500 bucks to basically allow me to close the tansaction its a racket there in Il.  maybe I did not look hard enough.. can I now get your book for free !!!

    I also use castle law and Gary Davidson.  

    I have used him the past 5 years, he is very investor friendly.

    definitely choose Paul Haske from Haske and Haske if you want someone that will actually do the work necessary in a real estate transaction. Too many attorneys around here do the minimum to collect the $500.

    @Scott Schier  I feel for you guys... exactly 500 bucks for absolutely nothing.. LOL.. at least for anyone who has any expeirnce.. its a racket there..

    so you have a buyer their agent and their lawyer.. you have yourselef the seller your lawyer your agents.. can you imagine my frustration working with all these people.. totally inefficient and disjointed.  LOL..

    @Scott Schier  and for all those reasons I will leave that area to you boys.. no completion from me LOL.. I had one in Crete and it was a nighmare getting it closed.. not  used the city having to do an inspection on a simple remodel..you have the buyers punch list followed by the city..

    I fund some turn key guys in Chicago proper and man what they go through.. you earn your keep there

    I've worked with investors who have used both Haske and Haske and Castle Law and have have turned out well for both...

    This is actually a request for the crowdfunding company that I sit on the Board of (they are funding a loan there).  I'm going to forward this thread to them and they'll reach out to one or more of the attorneys.
