I'm looking to get started towards my Real Estate License in Indiana. Does anyone have recommended programs? I am primarily doing this to have MLS access and be able to negotiate my own deals. However, I am also interested in working part time as an agent or at a property management company. Looking for something I could do on my own time that won't break the bank.
If you don't need in-class learning, I highly recommend REAL University online course. One of the cheapest I could find, and I did well enough on the test to past the first time. Let me know if you have any questions about the process!

@Samantha Soto Hello, I have been looking into getting a IN license and I ran across this post. I was wondering how things are going for you? Are you glad you got your license? I've been so up in the air with reading all the pros and cons, I especially worry about people saying to beware since agents can be open to lawsuits when buying investment and representing themselves. Anything you can share would be much appreciated. Take care
