Do investors/rental properties get the 2% cap (circuit breaker tax credit program) for property taxes in Indiana? Please only respond if you know for sure and/or own an investment property in Indiana and have dealt with this.

Thanks,

Aaron

Yes (I own/manage rentals). Add on top any school referendum taxes as well for certain areas that have passed those.

Yes, they do. You can also get the mortgage credit on the rental, but only if you are a resident of the state.
