I have a client from the Raleigh area who is going to be living abroad, but needs to keep a residential address in the area. I wasn't really sure if this would be a good place to ask this, but he can't use a "virtual office" or something; it has to be a legit address. He doesn't really get any mail except maybe 1-2 times a year and he's willing to pay per month.
