Muskegon, MI rental market
Muskegon looks to be turning things around over the last several years with some interesting new economic development plans in the works. Anyone investing in Muskegon willing to share their experiences regarding tenant quality, vacancies, and overall direction of the rental market? I have been looking in Grand Rapids for a while, but considering I'm purely investing for buy-and-hold cash flow right now Muskegon appears to be a better option considering it is a less heated market and I can likely get properties cash flowing at the same rate for 60-70% of the price of Grand Rapids properties.
