Hi @Cara Connor welcome to BP! Michigan is my Home market! Our office is in the New Center area of Detroit and we wholesale deals all over Southeast Michigan as well as Ohio and Tennessee. 

Do not hesitate to stop by our office one of these days, I love to network with other wholesalers!

    @Cara Connor welcome! I focus on buying long term SFR and multi-family properties in Oakland County only. I currently focus on Pontiac but I'm interested in anything North of 9 Mile and East of Telegraph (Waterford can be included).
