Hi there! My name is Cooper Lammonds and I have been living in Bozeman for just over a year now. I am 28 years old and recently purchased a 2 bed/2 bath condo and currently manage (2) properties for owners here in Bozeman. I own a moving company, work remote for DocuSign, and recently started a property management company. I specialize in 30+ day furnished mid term rentals to maximize profit margins and stay compliant with local ordinances.
I'm new to BiggerPockets but know that there are likeminded individuals on this platform. Comment below if you'd like to talk about Real Estate in Montana or have any questions about my business models. Would be happy to meetup or chat over Zoom/phone.
Cooper I know some folks in Bozeman, and may be beneficial shoot me a message and we can chat. I am in Missoula so if you are over this way let me know!
@Jordan Reyes Have you been to the meetup here? @Keith Miller started it a few months back. I think there were over 40 people at the last one. Also, there is one in Hamilton as well hosted by Nic Wilson. Its actually tonight at 6 if you're interested.
Hi Cooper, I invest in both Gallatin and Paradise Valleys. Let me know if you have any questions. We run a property management company in Bozeman, and I handle real estate sales for our business. Always good to meet other investors!
