Anyone have preferred lender in NJ that is currently doing cash out refinance loans in NJ, namely Hunterdon/Somerset county area?

@Joe DeLuca First Equity Funding is based on NJ but does most states in the USA. I am in the process of doing one with them now.

Hi Joe, I'm going to send you my mortgage guy's number via private message. He works with Allied Mortgage and has done two standard refinances and one cash out for me.
