Where to invest in Tennessee?

I am a broker in Texas and own rentals in the Houston area, but it has been years since I've come across a really attractive deal. I've heard a lot of good things about Tennessee, but I am not familiar at all with that market. Where should I start looking? Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, are there good deals out there? I'd appreciate any recommendations for agents or property managers as well.

Thanks!

By far the best place to invest in TN is Sevier County. There is still money being made investing into a STR in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Wears Valley. If you are comfortable spending 700K+ then you will find great deals compared to other markets.

The best STR market in the country is in Tennessee. Gatlinburg/PF.

Man I wish I had started my STR investing when I lived in Chattanooga 10 years ago.

Looking to invest in Multifamily/Self storage asset classes in TN. Would love to connect with investors/agents in the area. I have been studying population patterns recently and happy to note TN, GA, NC,SC are all in top 15 states in population growth. Open to other mentioned states as well. Lets connect !
