Wholesale through Attorney w/ out of state owners

Posted

How do you go about wholesaling a home with an attorney involved if the homeowners live out of state?? I'm in Texas and they live in Louisiana. The home is in Texas too. I called homeowner for info and he gave me the number to his attorney that's handling the home. Would it be same as normal but everything goes through the attorney??
