How do I find someone to help with an out of area eviction?
I have a rental near Wichita Falls Tx. It is about 6-7 hours one way from me. I already did the 3 day eviction letter by mail. Then I filled for a Court hearing by mailing. I really don’t want to drive down there and the tenant will probably not even show up. How do I find someone to show up in court on my behalf?
