    @Dahl Brandon, the filing fee for most business entities is $100.  The secretary of state has simple forms for the filing of those.  The thing to be very careful about is your operating agreements.  Your tax advisor needs to help you in selecting what entity has the tax structure you want.  You will need a registered agent in Wyoming in order to form and keep your entity legal.  Good Luck.

    I know this forum post is old; however, I am also looking for a real estate attorney referral for WY. I need the operating agreement between me and my partners to be drafted. Afterwards, I will open my LLC.

    Any suggestions?
