RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    @Fran idk honestly...when mine went to QC review the payment schedule just showed up..that was Sunday..both sections showed processing..then yesterday my utilities went to processed...

    Mine is the exact same way.  I don't know what's next either

     Mine says in qc review and shows 2 processed payments, 1 pending. I'm not exactly sure what this means so I sent them a message. The program is at 3 months at a time, correct?

    Does anyone payment say batched and still have it processing? I did my application 07/26 and received email about a week ago about how much was approved but the status hasn't changed from batched payment

    Mines does still says batched. I did the application on 07/21 and got approved about a month ago. 09/12 they posted my payments which said pending for rent(09/13) utilities(09/17) then turned to processing a couple days later. Yesterday 09/27, I received an email stating the amount I’m suppose to be receiving for rent and utilities and that they also would be paid within 10 days. Also yesterday 09/27 they posted my payment to my utility account and today 09/28 they posted my payments to my rent portal. Not sure why it’s still saying batched and processing when they just paid my utilities and rent. Hope this helps.

    @Sheri Bankston I sent my recertification in on 9/2 and I literally can’t get anyone on the phone and no replies to my emails or thru the portal. I haven’t heard a word whether or not they even received my recertification. I emailed it and also uploaded to the website🤷🏼‍♀️

    My status had been saying approved for over a week now and had payments pending at the bottom. The today my status went back to under review and the payments are no longer there. Can anybody tell me what is going on, please?

    I don't understand but I would like to know who is in charge of this program. People shouldn't have to wonder and question so much with the programs intentions. They should be available, responsive and have this program set up to where people fully understand what's going on and if they don't, people should be able to speak to someone and actually get answers.

    My status been saying application has been paid for 2 month in I still haven’t received not one payment yet so I don’t know what’s going on in the processor won’t get back in touch with me been writing him since the first of September

    What the next step after this because my landlord is patiently waiting I don’t want to get put out or be in the dark with my kids

    At this point, I wonder if writing a letter to Tate Reeves or whomever the head of this "program" is. They've had this money too long to be sitting on it and not helping. I'm trying hard to help someone and this is their only hope.

    @Breona I do not know the next steps but mine showed exactly like yours and yesterday afternoon mine changed from pending to processed...still showing in qc review but the payment schedule says processed..guess we will watch and see together lol

    Hey guys just to help a few people if your status is saying processed it will change to paid when the money is sent to the landlord or sent out as a check to the address you used 

    If the account says batched that means the money has been paid please tell your landlord to check their account because the money should be there..the system is behind and the statuses or staying the same but the bottom portion is changing from pending to processed and then to paid ..hope this helps someone.Also some banks or rejecting the payments please make sure if your status is BATCHED to tell your landlord to call their bank

    So I was told today that the checks for my stuff was in the mail as of yesterday and my accounts shows paid. Just waiting for it to post to my landlord and utilities!

    So To make sure I understand..on the bottom the payment schedule I see amounts for utilities and rent..it went from pending to processed..so I'm watching now for it to say paid? And that means they have either mailed a check or sent via DD?

    @Christy L Bennett that’s correct in a few days it will change to paid and when it says batched it does mean the check is in the mail or it’s sent dd..I was told that DD can take 10 days to show up in the account.
