RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    Can anyone tell me if I will be getting any more for rent? I'm behind $3400 and that was what I submitted but it's only showing $3000. Like will they issue another amount for the $400? I have never had to apply for any kind of assistance before so it's all confusing to me.

    @Kayla C Greene from looking at your account your only getting 3,000 as of right now and $600 paid on light bill

    @Kayla C Greene if you included late fees that may be the reason, the program doesn’t pay late fees your landlord should opt to waive them.

    @Icyphine Love wow your mail ran already? I have to wait to after 12 to see if it’s coming today😩. I’ve been on batched since Tuesday so if not today maybe tomorrow hopefully 😓

    This program is so unorganized, they sent my landlord rental payments but no information on who they should go to 🤦🏽‍♀️

    @Kayla C Greene my utilities were paid the next day when my status switched to Batched, I’m still waiting on my rent to be posted my landlord has the deposit (i think) but she doesn’t know who the money is for Ramp didn’t send her that information yet just money .

    If your landlord participated and filled out the form it would go directly to them if not Ramp should ask for ACH form or will send check

    @Kayla C Greene if your landlord opted in then they should be able to log into the portal and it will tell the tenants name and amount paid under “check tenant status”.
