RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    Greetings all, recently my status was payment being processed now its saying Batched. Does anyone have any idea what that means?

    Good morning! Has anyone received a confirmation email when your rent has been paid? My status still says batch but they haven’t released the funds yet!

    The problem is that it will say "paid" when actually the landlord hasn't received anything yet. The actual money can arrive a couple of weeks later.

    Heads up to you all receiving any payments via US Postal Service. October 1st they had cutbacks  profoundly affecting the delivery of mail time frames.I had a parcel mailed October 1st and informed delivery doesn’t even show it as an image as to date. I did not receive mail two times this past week. It sucks!

    Do  they pay past due rent..I ve been paying portion of my rent since January.  I uploaded my rent receipts with past due amounts.

     Hey.  My landlord called Friday and said rent had been paid for 3 months.  Thank You Jesus.  Is everything OK on your end

    @Tawanda Leonard that’s good my landlord said she got the funds but doesn’t know who they are for so I’m still waiting 🥺
