RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    Just a quick update...I went to batched on Monday and today i received 2 checks via usps...I got 1 for my utilities(which surprised me as I assumed it was being sent directly to the utility co) amd 1 check for 3 months rent...I originally applied on Aug 20th so that gives you a little time frame..admittedly they didn't touch my app tho until I called when I had a cut off notice on Sept 20th for my utilities...

    I still haven’t received an update.Im stuck on batch. I applied July 27th. I uploaded an eviction notice and still nothing.The date on mine says Sept 12th for rent. The lady said everything was confirmed Sept 23rd. I keep getting different answers from 10 business days (which it has been) or 3-4 weeks 🤦🏽‍♀️ on top of that, my landlord added $100 late fee! This is so frustrating!

    @Account Closed sounds like your landlord might be playing games because batched means paid and that’s more than enough days for it to be there even if it was sent out by check

    @Destiny Jones what!!! and everytime i have called they say nothing is there!!! I’m really fina get mad! i’m just waiting for a confirmation email and if it is really paid, i am going around there to that office and they are going to have to pull it up in front of me! This is ridiculous!

    I was in batch since last Tuesday. Today it changed to application paid. My utilities were paid Thursday but I still haven't recieved a check for my rent. Does anyone know when i should recieve it?

    Did anyone not get an email confirming payment but everything was paid. My status says application paid but got no email and my landlord got funds but doesn’t know who they belong too still so money hasn’t been applied to my rent account

    Is anyone else having issues calling and getting disconnected after 30 plus minutes of being on hold? Also the web site isn’t allowing me to log in?!

    I didn’t receive an email at all & my check was in my mailbox Monday & as soon as I cashed it today mine changed to “application has been paid” so if yours says that it’s most defiantly been paid! Either direct deposit or check because as soon as you get it your status changes.

    @Wydeisha Jones i applied for 3 months in august, at the time i only owed august rent I’m not sure what’s going on & my processor won’t respond to my messages

     Do they pay 3 months automatically or if you're past due and need assistance they pay late rent and then you are required to wait for 3 months before applying again???????

    @Rochelle Saunders it said past rent must be paid then they pay additional months. At this point i dont Know how it works.now I’m behind 2 months waiting on the process from the initial application

    They paid my rent today. The Ramp portal still says batch but my apartment portal has been updated.

    @Destiny Jones when my status changed to batched I called and spoke to a representative to get a better understanding. I was told that my landlord opted out so a check would be sent out via USPS to me. Its been about a week now still haven't received it.

    @Willie Gary the news stated that starting October 1st first class mail would be delayed..give it a little more time it should be coming
