RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    @janelle rusjing did ur Landlord get paid after sending in deed? Mines was under qc pending payment them when talked to them said approved now denied my landlord had send in deed she did still nothing.

    My application was denied said something about property need to be verified my Landlord sent in quick deed still nothing yet. @ Janelle Rusjing did you Landlord get paid?

    @Cat Jones havent heard nothing since my landlord and myself sent a copy of the deed other than they received it. Mines still been under review

    @Jo Dav sad always a different story with calling I wish we could go to someone over them they hurting us more than helping. All that money government gave to help us and they holding it hostage don't make sense.

    @Jo Dav this is wat they sent. They denied it they something about send verification for property Landlord sent in deed, and they said will let me know. Trying see how long it would take so it's no telling if yall ain't got a update yet.

    @Cat Jones mines went from batched to application paid and then under review all in September and then they kept telling me a check was sent out n nthn n then they said my landlord need to send warranty dead n dec and she did that and I did as well to make sure they got and someone emailed me n said they got and still nothing…smh it’s to much and I pretty much gave up a long time ago

    Hello everyone my recertification application just changed today to processing. I have been emailing and calling the MSHC everyday and it finally changed today. I did my recertification back in October. Hopefully everyone get some good news soon.

    Hey y'all. My application status went from pending approval  back to under review after my processed told me I was approved in my message thread. Has anyone else had this happen? What does this mean? I messaged the processer back and asked what I should expect next and I was told my landlords account will be direct deposited in a couple of weeks.but my application status is green but has never said approved as the proccesser stated. 

    someone please help

    I applied 12/10/2021 so what email or phone call I suppose to get I don't understand my landlord talking about eviction in Columbus Ms this is crazy n how will I know if my landlord participated in the program still in processor mode I don't understand none of this 😔😔😔

    @stephaniehernandez me either. This process is so confusing and frustrating. My processer told me in my message thread I was approved but my application status never said approved, only pending approval then changes back to under review today.

    i sure hope so. I've already told my landlord she would be receiving a payment soon so when I seen the status update go backwards I got a little worried.

    So I first applied on 12/1/21 and as of today. My application finally changed from Application submitted to application under review. I was just wondering how much longer until the application is approved and processed.

    @Damrio Davis I applied on 12/02/21 my application went under review on Jan 11 then shortly after it went to pending for approval and stayed on that for a week then yesterday it went back to under review not quite sure what’s going on but hopefully an approval will be soon.

    I had a friend who status did the same and the processor asked for a property deed from her landlord saying they couldn’t verify that her landlord owned that property and when it goes from pending approval back to under review it means they need more documentation and the processor won’t write back because it’s assigned to a new processor you have to call and stay on hold for hours just for them to tell you what exactly they need they will not respond for months under the message portal because the old processor can’t see the messages after it goes to pending approval it’s out of their hand and placed in someone else’s hands ..hope this helps you guys instead of waiting on a message back start calling the 1888 number at the bottom of ramp website Originally posted by @Lori Walthall:

    Yes this means they couldn’t verify the property being owned by the landlord that was listed they updated their system and checking property deeds and verifying addresses on Google maps Originally posted by @Raneka Felder:
