RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    @Sara Lee Deed,Proof of Ownership, I guess that would vary depending how the landlord actually owns the house..

    @Sara Lee they didn’t ask her all they asked if she wanted to participate said they had to ask before they award any payments

     I split 12/20 hopefully I get processed next week it will be 6 weeks then. I’m still on app submitted. And congratulations I’m glad you were approved.

    Can somebody please let me know how the recertification process works? Is it the same way as the first application? I just want to know what to expect. I did the recertification paperwork just awaiting a new processor, is that right?

    My application has been saying Application Under Review going on 30 days which I haven't received any messages not once from my processor since I've submitted my application on November 11, 2021. Which I don't understand after seeing other applicates submit their applications after mines, and have already been funded. Have anyone else exprience this problem?

    Yes…. And when you call them they say they gonna forward your information to a higher person and still after 10/15 days nothing changes

    They had posted me a pending payment schedule for like 2 hours on the 10th of January and then removed it. But when I called them they said they didn’t see anything wrong or any action pending and they where gonna forward my concerns over to another department. But still from that day til this 1 haven’t nothing changed

    mine is still saying under review also after going backwards from pending approval. I called the 888 # at the bottom of the ramp page and waited on hold for 2 hrs only for the nice lady to tell me she didnt know why my status still says under review when my processer told me I was approved on Jan 16. She said she would notate the account and have my processer contact me as soon as possible. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that I'll get a response from my processer soon. This whole procedure could have been handled with way more organization. Smh. I'm just grateful for the assistance after such a horrible year.

    @memphiz Thornton i submitted my application on November 5 2021. I called the ramp office yesterday and the lady said she didn't know why my application status went back to under review. All she could do is note my account and have my processer contact me as soon as possible.. I still haven't gotten a response from anyone as of now.. I will be waiting very impatiently checking my emails periodically all day. Good luck in your application process boo

    recertification went to batch Monday and got approval letter. Today it went into application paid. Still havent received funds. Anyone else been in this similar situation?

    @Lori Walthall I just called as well and she told me that she’s not sure why I was put back into the review process as well said there’s no notes or anything as to why she also said that maybe they had look over something the first time and just going back over it and to just keep checking the portal for updates.

    @stephanie Hernandez thats pretty much the same thing she told me. I think it just might be their standard answer or something lol. She did say that my processer is supposed to contact me. Keeping my fingers crossed

     Make sure to check spam. Mine went to spam
