Tax fortified properties

Hi guys ! is it possible to wholesale or fix and flip tax fortified properties , especially in Minnesota ? has anybody done or tried this before ? and if so what's your experience ? Looking for advice, thank you !

@Jamal Moore what is a "Tax Fortified" property. I have never heard that term. I suspect you are talking about something to do with property tax sales.

Do you mean “forfeited” property?
