Eric Monzo usually has a pretty good meeting every month which you can google and find.

for Wayne and Oakland the first Tuesday of every month there is Shields pizzeria in Southfield. (6:00 pm)

Try the Eric Monzo meetup or if you are willing to go over to Troy there is a fantastic group of investors, realtors and contractors who meet up at McVees. You can find that one on the FB group Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors Group to confirm the date and time.
