Evening all!

I'm new to the investing world and am looking to utilize some home equity to make a purchase by end of year. Target market is Davenport, IA and the surrounding area in Iowa due to my family being there and the businesses/colleges in the area.  

Does anyone have experience investing in Davenport, Iowa or have recommendations for a realtor in the area? I've reached out to a few individuals on here to introduce myself but am 100% open to recommendations for investors too.

Unfortunately, I only work in the Cedar Rapids market.  Check the Facebook group "Quad Cities Real Estate Investors" I can do some more research and interview some if you'd like a broker that plays in the space all day.
