Where are investors looking for deals?
How active is the investor community around Raleigh (within ~1.5 hours)?
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get a better sense of what the investor landscape looks like in and around Raleigh, especially within about a 1.5-hour radius.
For those of you investing in nearby markets like Durham, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, or even toward Wilmington:
- How competitive are deals right now in these areas?
- Are you seeing more investor activity in certain pockets vs others?
- Which strategies seem to be working best lately (buy & hold, BRRRR, flips, small multifamily, etc.)?
- Are there any challenges specific to this region that out-of-state investors might not expect?
Just looking to learn from others’ experiences and get a feel for the market dynamics across the region.
