Most of what you see online is a facade.

Built like the western towns they constructed for movies. Looks real from the street. Walk around back and there's nothing there. No structure. No foundation. Just enough front to make the camera believe it.

This space has a version of that on every platform. The deal flow that doesn't exist. The portfolio that's really one property and a lot of creative photography. The mentor whose entire business model is selling access to knowledge he acquired by selling access to knowledge.

The investors who are actually winning aren't building facades. They're building things. Real structures on real land with real capital at risk and real consequences when something goes wrong.

That's a different experience than the one being sold online. It's also the only one worth having.

Build your own real thing in real life. The rest is just set design.

It seems like it, you see many IG investors showing off fancy cars and luxury life style but when I deal with construction who has time for running a marketing campaign?
