One thing I enjoy about working with real estate investors is seeing financing trends develop before they become common conversation topics.
The investors who seem to be performing best right now aren’t necessarily finding better deals than everyone else.
They’re simply making sure their financing strategy is prepared before opportunities appear.
@Account Closed ahh yah I've been doing that. Maybe the lenders are being more conservative so we have to make sure they are actually on board before signing a contract
