Every morning I look at my calendar and ask one question:

"Could someone else have done this?"

If the answer is yes, I'm in the wrong seat for that hour.

That audit changed how I structure my days as a CEO. My highest-ROI activity is attracting and retaining talent. That's it. Anything outside that, I should be handing off, delegating, or not doing at all.

When I was a full-time agent, the answer was different — it was prospecting. Two hours a day, non-negotiable, talking to potential sellers and clients. That was the thing that moved the needle. Everything else was noise.

I spent months confusing "busy" with "productive." Cleaning up my CRM for eight hours felt like work. It wasn't.

The question I come back to is simple: what's the one thing, if I did it every day, that actually moves this forward?

For you — what's that thing? And is it actually on your calendar today?

DM me directly if you want to think it through. I read every message.
