Since additional 5 states are voting for 5 recreational marijuana legalization, stocks in the marijuana industry are skyrocketing.

Here is one example www.stockpicksnyc.com/MRPHF

the stock symbol is MRPHF another good one is MSRT

This stock pumping though lol

I'll buy right now so you can sell your shares to me and get out

With the legalization of medicinal marijuana happening in the states and other similar jurisdictions, to me it seems like a start of a new industry that will likely flourish several years from now. Would like to share great marijuana stocks for 2017 . Marijuana Stocks look great for the near term as expansion continues state to state.

After what the press secretary said today, I would suggest dumping any "marijuana stock" or any other "marijuana" asset for that matter IMMEDIATELY.

Advertising ANY business as being marijuana related gives the right to federal government to seize it.

This type of trading is a scam. It's pump and dump. These are penny stocks that are not regulated by the SEC. It's possible to make money doing this. However, you need to be able to figure out how to sell all of your stock right before it drops. These stocks will often drop by 90%. It's a scam.

It will be interesting if and when marijuana stocks become very mainstream. Living in California, many are exciting about business ventures in the industry, but many are also holding their cards to see where everything falls given the recent presidential election. Many investors who are linked with commercial marijuana farmers are also holding their cards and NOT investing in open land properties until the future is more clear

buy Canadian until our Fed changes policy

There's better opportunities in the Cannabis Industry as private equity investors in current operations that are looking to rapidly expand.  I've been looking into this and considering it for a while, but like others am a little worried about the possibility of federal violations.  I would suggest consulting with a good asset protection attorney prior to any investment about how to structure any Cannabis investment to protect your other assets..  CYA!!
