I'm Looking for opinions on what areas of Sacramento county are currently having the best opportunity to find undervalued SFR's to rehab?

You can find a flip in almost any area. I find flips almost everywhere. But I second @Gordon Cuffe They are more than likely located in older neighborhoods. I found one in West Roseville the other day and the property was built in 1990. It just needed cosmetic updating...
