Anyone has any GCs they've completed work with recently?
I'm planning to add an addition to my house and need a bit of rehabbing completed.

PM me. I’ve got a GC I use to rehab. He’s doing 3 properties for me right now. And another GC who I haven’t used but came highly recommended for additions. If I ever do an addition or new construction, I plan to use this guy.
