Flooring for SFH Rental in N Atlanta

Need to replace carpet.  Going with LVP or LVP on main, carpet on steps and upstairs bedrooms.  

What LVP and installer are you using for SFH rental in N. Atlanta?

You might also consider painting the stairs instead of carpet. One of my property managers does this in a many of their properties. Looks a lot  better than you’d think and is easy and inexpensive to refresh.
