Hello Hoosiers!
I was curious to know if any other rental property investors have found success in areas around Greenfield and maybe down as far as Shelbyville, IN. I still like the long-term prospects of Indy, but I'm seeing some promising numbers and opportunities in the surrounding suburbs. Hope to hear your thoughts!
We've had quite a bit of success in Greenfield. We're up to 640 units (across three assets) in the Greenfield market and all have been performing quite well.
