Welcome to Indy, Alex! Every neighborhood here is different, sometimes block by block, so walk or drive any area before you buy and talk to a few local landlords about what tenants there actually want. The north side suburbs (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield) tend to bring steadier tenants and lower turnover, and some of the closer-in Indy neighborhoods can pencil better on cash flow.
