Rehab Company in Kalamazoo Michigan
Hey All,
No questions today. It's just been a few weeks since I've spoken up on here and want to fill anyone who may be interested in on what's been going on for us here around Kalamazoo. Before & After Homes (Previously DBA Bridgestone Construction) has started the year off strong. We have 3 Flips underway right now. One is a Buy and Hold but after 2 years we plan to sell. Using as a primary residence once the rehab is finished. One is just finishing up electric and plumbing and the third is almost to paint and flooring. Needless to say we have been busy but NOW is about that time I would love to find another deal or two to feed our pipeline.
