Hey everyone, I'm starting to fix and flip houses in Knoxville and I'm looking for a wholesaler to work with, preferaby one who wholesales in West Hills or Sequoyah Hills. If anyone is interested or knows anyone please let me know.
Hi Victor, we have boots on the ground in Knoxville and these are the two neighborhoods where our partners currently fix and flip. Do you have any feedback from your experience on these two neighborhoods? Would love to get any information I can, I will be flying out in the next couple of weeks to take a look at as much of Knoxville as I can.

Two very different neighborhood's. Sequoyah Hills is considered one of, if not the most prestigious neighborhood in the city. West Hills is a nice, 50's built suburb of mostly ranches. The price points and rehabs will be completely different.
