Please stay away from Logic PM as a property manager

I'm an out of state investor and I've had several really bad and unprofessional interactions with logic PM. I own properties in a number of states and have hired and worked with a number of property mgmt firms and these guys hands down are the worst. Disrespectful, scammy, and just unprofessional.

Do your self a favor and use anyone else in the detroit area for your properties.

Just wanted to give a vote of confidence to Drew, he has created one of the best property management operations that I have ever seen.

Like a commercial jet, he has “fall backs” for any “system failure” with multiple folks covering each roll just in case something is missed by someone.

Incredible 🙏

    Sorry to hear you're having a hard time in Detroit. While I don't offer PM services outside the folks I work with to purchase investment properties, I'm happy to chat if you need some help/advice.

    All the ones I've tried working with have not been great (three different ones), so I really can't recommend anyone. And I'd only recommend someone I've personally used. Sorry can't be more helpful.

     Hey genius... This is irrelevant...

    many, many many many people create new profiles just to complain about something or someone, so the length of the profile has been active has zero to do with the actual complaint.

    in addition, many people create aliases just to avoid retaliation.

    why do I even have to explain this to you? 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

    I've been using Evernest Property Management company. I used their ultimate plan, which has rent and eviction protection. They have been good so far. Only thing I'd say is do your own maintenance. Their maintenance vendors are kind of expensive and they will send out a maintenance person for the smallest of requests that could be resolved by just speaking to tenant. Overall I'm happy with them. Also Join detroit investors group. Great resource for everything an investor would need to manage a rental and reviews about PMs, contractors, and what not.

    If someone is anonymous, and not being specific about what the complaint is....how do we know they are not just a competitor trying to throw shade at their competition?

    Because I'm in the area and know the stuff that drew has done and he's done far worse than what the OP is talking about. 😆

     Hello Russell, 

    If you are looking for a PM and some specific complaints you can reach out to me. Im currently battling the same problems as anonymous. I am pretty sure I know why he is posting as Anonymous as well and can clue you in. I have lists and lists of problems. 

    I can list them in my answer to you if you wish, or privately.

    And really, a competitor!!  c'mon, he's the best!!
