Four, not five. One came off the list last week, paid or bankruptcy. Worth flagging because these lists move constantly. If you're working off anything you pulled more than a few days ago, verify against the live registry before you commit time to a parcel that may already be out.
I looked at 10 South without pulling anything paid. Old colonial, pre-1850. The part that caught me: it's listed for retail sale right now, while it's sitting on the auction block. An owner scrambling to sell ahead of a tax sale is an owner who'll fight to redeem if you win the bid. It also sits on a stretch of South Street inside the historic district, which can put exterior work under review and complicate a flip exit.
That's an eyeball read, not a full workup. But it's the kind of thing that doesn't show up on a list of addresses and a tax figure.
