Hello Everyone,
Looking for my first property. I have looked at several areas and need any insight someone may have about these possible locations.
Lehigh Valley-Especially Allentown PA
Phillipsburg NJ.
I am looking at these area and I am very intrigued by both just not sure if anyone has experience with buy and holds in this area? Should I expect any appreciation?
I know Allentown and its government is trying extremely hard to revitalize that area.

Hey Rigo! My wife and I are actively looking here in the Lehigh Valley. We bought our first two properties late last year near Chicago and now we want to start building up our portfolio here in our backyard.
There's a lot of options to choose from here in the Lehigh Valley. We've been looking ourselves in Allentown, Bethlehem and even recently in certain areas of Easton.

Good to see you have interest in the area. I'd gladly share with you my insights into the Phillipsburg/Warren County market. In my opinion there are tons of opportunities depending on where you look, either in Phillipsburg itself or right in the local area outside of it. I've seen individuals do well with buy and holds, fix and flips, etc. Feel free to private message me to discuss more.
