Can anyone suggest a trustworthy handyman in Columbus ?

I have some very basic work that needs doing. But would also like to add a trustworthy contact who I can work with again in the future. I've reached out to a couple but not many responses. I feel maybe the  job is too small or they are unhappy that I'm not a local. Any suggestions here ? 

The work : 

-Gutter cleaning
-fix downspouts
-fix loose sidings
-carbon monoxide detector install
-bath silicone

    @Gurjot Grewal Hi Gurjot, While I can only speak from my personal experience I think your best bet for finding handyman type contacts may be through real estate agents.

    I know that I keep my guy so busy that I would never give his information out to any one else unless it was for his plowing and lawn care business which I do give him referrals for.

    Besides myself he probably has at least 20 other permanent clients as well as the one time jobs he picks up. He works 6 days a week usually from 5am-7pm and often later. Sunday is his day off but 9 times out of 10 he works at least 4-5 hours then too.

    When you do find a good, reliable handyman treat him like gold, pay him quickly, praise him often and figure out how to feed his ego discretely if applicable. I find all of these things make a big difference when dealing with good contractors. You won’t want to lose a good one!
