Looking to Build a Team in Cleveland

Good morning all! This is my first time posting on BiggerPockets, but I've been listening for about a year. My partners and I are looking to invest in SFHs and duplex/triplexes in the Cleveland area. We're looking for distressed properties that need a lot of work, with the intention of rehabbing and holding long term for rental properties. We're looking for properties in B/C neighborhoods for under $80,000.

I'd like to connect with real estate agents, hard money lenders, refinance lenders, contractors, and property managers. 

I also want to find ways to add value to others wherever I can be helpful. I have experience in marketing, supply chain management, and business process mapping. 

We will be in Cleveland from January 28-31 and would love to connect in person with people when we are in town.
