Self Directed IRA Contact wanted for Investment Purchase options.

Does anyone in the Cleveland Ohio area have a good reliable contact for Self Directed IRAs? Please Message me. I have an understanding of how they work, but need a reliable contact that is dependable to refer clients to. Financial advisors that handle Roth and SEP IRA's typically do not work with Self Directed.

Does anyone have any advice on how to connect with folks who would like to lend money out of their IRA? I lend out of my own IRA and I understand the process. It would be great to connect with folks who are looking for reputable, experienced borrowers!

I have clients that use equity trust company (etc). They have an office on the west side of Cleveland. I have never used them personally but my clients are reasonably happy.
