About to take my RE license test, rethinking my broker...

So I am scheduled to take my Real Estate License exam on December 28th and I am currently with Keller Williams, but I am really rethinking my brokerage-I feel like I am lost in the shuffle and not going to get the kind of support I need as a new agent. Are there any Investor Real estate agents here who could recommend a great broker in the Cincinnati area?

@Sarah Bojorquez If you are looking for a brokerage to learn the business and are in Cincinnati, I would recommend starting at Sibcy Cline. They have great training for new agents, I started there for two years and really learned the businesses and how to sell real estate. I do not know of any broker who specializes in investment real estate training because frankly 99% of them do not understand it at all. If you are looking for the best splits (lowest fees) I would recommend Ownerland Realty (where I am) or Plumbtree, but they offer almost zero support or training so for new agents it probably does not make sense. Hey Sarah-- feel free to give me call. I am with KW in California. You should have a mentor & be taking classes- I teach Ignite, I mentor new agents. Not sure what is up with your office, but you should not feel lost in the shuffle!

@Sarah Bojorquez is you priority investing, being a realtor, or a combination of both? At the end of the day KW is going to teach you two things, how to buy and sell real estate. Unfortunately KW offers very little in collaboration for investor friendly agents because they are structured in a way where each market center is individually owned and operated so your best chance with them is to find an investor agent doing what you want to do in your market. The reason I say your market is becuase there is very little that ties KW together as one company so unless you find the exact person you want to emulate who happens to work in your local market center and is willing to take you on your chances of getting the guidance you need to be an investor friendly agent is slim. For me the number reason my business as an investor friendly agent has grown the way it has is becuase I have access to top investor friendly agents that I can reach out to for guidance.
