Hello! I'm planing on purchasing a small multifamily in the Cincinnati area and looking for a good property manager. A search on the "network" tab doesn't really come up with much - does anyone have any good recommendations? 

Hi @Ethan Porter , what size of small multifamily are you referencing?  Also, do you intend for it to be section 8 or any other type of special managing.

@Ethan Porter What area(s) are you targetting? 'small multifamily' means you'll want someone willing to be off-site, which means you need someone 'close enough' to the property to make it worth their while.  

@Ethan Porter Hey man,  feel free to message me.  I have a MF in Norwood and live overseas.  She's cool and has been great so far for me.  I was actually refered to her from somebody on here while in the middle of purchasing my first property.
