Currently am actively looking at partnering with individuals on buy and hold as well as buy, rehab, and rent investment opportunities. Properties in Bend, Salem, Eugene, and Portland + surrounding areas are ones to strongly consider. Currently, I am associated with Stewardship Properties, located in Eugene, Oregon, and have the resources able to take on anything from minor repairs to serious problems.

I'm looking for the same things in the PDX area and Bend as well. Right now I'm looking at a over/under duplex built in 1930 in Beaverton. Needs probably $100k in rehab. Let me know if you are interested.
@Cody Jurgens I emailed you those few SFR flips deals for your review. Let me know if you have any questions regarding them. And @Phillip Pommier I currently have a few SFR fix and flip properties in Bend well as a couple multifamily deals. Shoot me a quick email with your criteria.
@Gene Murashko Am really looking to make connections and and do deals with those connections. Capital is not much of an issue. Win-win situations and making deals happen is my main focus.

I have a 4-plex that I'm considering selling. I've gotten bids for work that needs to be done. It is fully rented. I'm interested to hear what ideas you might have. My goal is passive income. I'm not eager to sell, but am open to hearing about your ideas on how I could take a more passive position.
@Cody Jurgens & @Kevin Dickson, just throwing it out there. I want to get into investing, however at the moment I don't have the extra capital. What I can offer, is a little bit of experience and some connections. Let me know if you are at all interested. Never hurts to throw it out there, that I am looking to put in some sweat equity and build long term partnerships.
@Eric Gabriel I'm looking to purchase a 4-plex in the Portland area if you're willing to sell. I have experience in updating and renting out 4-plexes and would like to grow my portfolio. Are you still interested in selling?
