Hi all,
Are there any local meetups in the Pearland, TX area? I will be attending other ones around town, i.e. H.I.T., to network with larger groups of people; but for those that prefer to start small and have a place close to home to comfortably meet on a weekly basis or so, this would be ideal.
We can meet at Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Pearland Town Center...wherever is most comfortable for everyone.
I would be interested in a small, local meetup here in Pearland. Evenings or weekends would be my preference. Please let me know if you get something organized.
dang I just saw this post, I’ll go to the next one. I live on businesss center dr by pearland town center haha...I’m eager to start buying rental properties ASAP if anyone can help with finding deals and financing!

Hello all. I'm interested as well. I may not be able to attend on a regular basis at 6 during the week since I have two little ones, but I am more open on the weekends. or later in the evening. Hope to meet you soon.
Sorry for not updating as of late. Seeing it is really last minute at the moment, I will set up a meeting for another Saturday. Would next Saturday or the following Saturday work for everyone? Let me know, and I can set it up on an official thread.
I am excited to touch bases with those who came out last time to see how things have progressed, and also welcome anyone that were not able to make it out last time.
This meetup is literally just that, a place for investors and inspiring investors to get together and discuss ideas, deals, and experiences. If anyone would like to add a little more structure to the our meetups, feel free to chime in!
