Is AJ Osborne's Inner Circle worth the investment?

Hey guys! I'm ready to start looking for self storage opportunities, mainly in SC, NC, GA, FL and TX. I've learned everything I know about self storage from AJ Osborne's book, podcasts, videos, etc. He has an Inner Circle that gives access to documents/contracts, deal that don't fit his parameters, Zoom calls with AJ, tons of education, access to his playbook, community, etc. It's pretty pricey but seems like tremendous value, especially for someone like me who is just starting out. Is anyone here a part of his Inner Circle that could confirm whether it is worth the $1500/mo. investment? Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, guys. I ended up spending about 4mos in AJ's Inner Circle program end of 2022 and beginning of 2023. I can't even begin to tell you how valuable that time was in getting the most up-to-date info on the industry and doing a deep dive into what to look for, how to analyze deals, how to run facilities, rate management, etc. AJ is definitely a giver and an open book for his IC members. Wish I could have stayed in the group longer but I have limited resources for now. I put my self storage plans on hold for a while for personal reasons but I'm back at it looking for opportunities. I'd recommend AJ's Inner Circle though for sure to anyone looking to get started or level up!

Also, if you're looking for some basic calculators, spreadsheets, and other resources for getting started out and don't want to spend as much, keep in mind he has some other communities as well that can help with the basics without shelling out the $1500/mo. for the inner circle membership. Either way, it's all valuable!

Might want to consider being a passive investor on a Self Storage deal to see what kind of numbers and gain some first hand insight on how experienced investors are adding value to facilities.  But 1500 per month isn't that expensive if it helps you motivate, analyze, close and properly operate a self storage business it was just an investment in your growth towards your goals.
