Has anyone sat through the entire Connected Investors latest webinar? There are some big claims made in the teasers and wonder what the deal is.

I gave up 35 minutes in after it started to smell too much of sales pitch and got distracted by other things. I'm curious to know if anyone sat through the entire thing and can share with the BP community the cliff notes.

Thanks!

Matt

You could take the 1,497 and do a direct mail campaign that would probably net you 1-2 deals.

I've never understood why people invest in these things.

I listened to the promotion today and purchased the $1,497 package of applications, primarily because of the Pin Point Profits piece of it.

I zoomed in to my area and there were some 300+ properties listed.   I further zoomed into my city and began to verify the data from public records, tax searches, etc. in that county.

The data was woefully out of date and really just useless.

The last thing I want to do is take action on stale data which would, or could - hurt my own credibility.

Within an hour or so I requested a return on the $1,497 and expect a quick response.

The marketing of all of this was very good, hence I took "the dive". As a seasoned investor it didn't take long to realize I could get months of effort from a VA to work on a process I create myself. Pay on results not effort!

This conversation needs to be re-post over and over, about these financial gurus, with organizations, systems, and programs that make so much money they need my money to let me into the GAME.  Active word is "Game".  These crooks are Gaming people.

Buy a property as low as possible, do want you have to do to the property to sell with the most cash or get the cash flow by renting  the property.  As for funding, pay yourself, keep  good credit, partner with someone with Cash or good credit..  Period.... Now this is what you pay the Guru to said in thousands of words,  that they don't want you to understand.

I almost purchased the "Pin Point" myself because of how it was marketed.  However, I remembered my last trip to the mortgage department and tax office of  our local Court House.  Sometimes the info is out dated before I get to the end of the list a pull myself here locally.  So, how could someone out of State do what I can't here locally

"Pin Point" marketing is great but, nothing beats old fashion trips to the Court House and a knock on a door

@Matt Rodak - I just sat through their presentation (90 min). Price was $1,997. The concept sounded good (automation, micro flipping, verified vetted buyers, filling buyer's orders. Didn't bite at it - checked BP's forum for opinions.

Noob, actually haven’t looked at BP at all until now. Can we find leads, deals, buyers on BP?
