Hey All-
Just wanted to check if anyone got Josh Altmana and Cody Sperber First Million in Real Estate and if so did it work and is it a good training program with a good niche technolgy edge training priced for $518.
Also there us Cody Sperber Fast track he sells for $295. Trying to see which program is good and more successful to know the right way and smarter techniques.
Thank you for sharing great insights. I just been on this site and am learning a lot.
Hello Isaiah!
First thing you must do: Be careful of what you put into the atmosphere...as long as you say you can't...the universe will give you more of 'you can't'. Secondly, i was strapped as well, single mother of 2 children. I had absolutely nothing to give, paycheck to paycheck, account constantly in the negative. Once i became tired, of being tired, i took $125 of bill money, registered my LLC, called about 50 title insurance officers before i came across 1 that understood wholesale/assignee contracts, and he agreed to come on board. Just so happens that his wife is a lawyer. I created my Assignee contract by listening to people like Cameron Dunlap, Cody Sperber, Bigger Pockets, Periscope, You Tube, and lots of books. I'm a visual person, so no matter how many books I'd read, I knew i would only learn by going out in the field. So i found 80 bucks, subscribed to Zbuyer (they send you leads according to the counties you want to work in), i found a probate property, had no clue as to what was happening while I spoke with the wonderful lady. (Her parents passed away and left a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, single family home to her that she wanted to just get rid of.) I started going to the REIA meeting in my area that's held twice per month. They taught me the formula on the numbers, how to look at comps, etc. (By the way, these meeting are free, and full of investors and cash buyers just waiting for someone like myself, to pitch them great offers.) So with my system set up, I spoke with the seller, met her at the property, walked thru the property, called her later, closed her on the numbers, met the next day to sign my contract, took it to my title officer, found a cash buyer in the meeting (whom I've sold 2 other properties to), received a 2,000 earnest money deposit because he wanted the property, and closed in 2 weeks, receiving an assignment of $7500 total. If you listen to alot of investors, noone knew what they were doing the first time. Also, if you're intention is so strong on getting out of debt, either you will make it happen, or you'll keep making excuses. Good luck Isaiah, and I believe in you...Because once you get to that point, where you can't take it anymore, you're perception will change, and it will change your life. Good luck Buddy! If I can do it, anyone can!
Thanks @Bhekizwe M.! I live to inspire! Can't put a price on the feeling I get if I make someone look at the other side of negativity.
How are you sir? Hope all is well. I will honestly tell you, Cody Sperber just wants to help the motivated, determined people that want to change their life in real estate. So Fast Track would be a good investment. Now I've read Josh Altman's book, and I love watching his show, but he doesn't appear as transparent as Cody, so I'm not to sure on the Cody/Josh program. I understand what you mean when it comes to BP's information overwhelming you, but I think if you created your own system using BP, then you'd see it a lot easier. I listen to at least 2 of the BP Podcasts per day, some of them, I have on repeat, I'm always in the forum, just reading questions and responses. Even if it's an area I'm not familiar with, BP sheds light on the subject for me to understand. But create a system. Focus on 1, 2, maybe 3 areas in the forums, if you have the time within your day, and go thru them. For example, if you want to learn about the contracts, or assignee contracts, then only focus on that. I think when you see so many subjects, that's what makes you feel overwhelmed. Hope I've helped a little bit. And congratulations on your decision of choosing Real Estate!
@Monika Smith that was a great inspiration, keep at it. ZBuyer has something for $80? I thought it was some monthly subscription (several hundred per month) based on the size of the area you buy. I thought about them a year ago.
@James Green.. Greetings James! Yes, it's 85 bucks per month for my county, and it's based on the size of the county you desire to work in as well. I was in Jefferson County Alabama last year, and it was twice the amount, but my goodness it was so worth it!
Thanks Monika Smith for your advise. I was more drilling on a working system that was fine tuned to work for process learning/ lead generation/ seeking buyers for closure. But like you said create your own system and personalize it. Makes it a better system that you will fully understand and work it. If so I could collect all the parts from BP to make my own system. What edge would I get buying Cody's Fast track system- I mean does her provide a better automated tool and such for lead generation or distribution to cash buyers for closure.
Thank you for all the advise.
Great encouragement, Monika!
Hi Isaiah, is there Uber in your area? If so, you should sign up to be a driver to make extra money. I drive for them in Vegas. If you're interested, you can message me for a promo code
Wow @Monika Smith you hit it right on the nail. Thanks for the Zbuyer recommendation. Don't worry Isaiah, we all get to that point. I know the last thing you need is for people to tell you to keep your head up but take it from me. About 2 months ago I was in a situation that I just wanted to end, and I mean heavy drinking and all. Then the next morning I woke up and was like, wait a minute, either I keep doing what I am doing and I keep getting the same, or worse, results or I change my attitude and please excuse my language, but I had to stop being a little biotch. Now I am 30 years old and believe me I have read all the self help books and all the audios you can imagine but the thing I was missing was persistence. It's never easy at first, whether it's self improvement or even starting a business but just know that's it's not impossible. You have to do what you can with what you can. There are people who had it worse than us and they made it. Now since the last 2 months I have been busting my a** with my business and I just got my first deal. It was a bank owned REO property that was listed on the MLS, something that 90% of the people said I could not wholesale. Absolutely no marketing money needed. I found the deal on Zillow, made an offer, and during the negotiations with the bank I soft sold the house on Craigslist and found a buyer. I explained to the buyer what was going on. The house was listed at $44,900 and I got it for $38,000 ( I could've gotten the property for cheaper but was impatient and with the money I did not make, I made up for with education). I sold it to my buyer for $42,000 so I am making $4,000 on the deal which only took me a few hours. Now that's a little amount of money compared to what other investors are making but now this first deal showed me how I can make $10K or $50k per deal, and maybe do a few a month. Now, here I am, a newbie among newbies, having no idea what he's doing, failed at everything he did in life, and at age 30 had to move back home because of my failed business which ran my money dry and took my credit score from a 650 to a 300. I'm driving around in a car that sounds like it's going to break but you know what? I created all that and just like I created the life I don't want, I can create the life I do want and that's where I am at now. So if someone like me can wholesale an REO which is super complicated but not impossible and definitely not recommended for a rookie like myself, then I know 199% you can make money in this business. Listen to the podcasts, watch the YouTube videos, keep writing down your goals, and most importantly connect with those who are where you want to be whether it's at your local real estate meeting or on Bigger Pockets. You won't believe how many people, who are so successful now, started from nothing, and worse off than you and I. We live in a great country, and there is so much opportunity, and best of all, we're not dead. Sorry about the long story but brother, your life can change....but it all starts with you and what's amazing is that it can start now....
Hey Guess i know this reply is couple months behind you but i watched the whole webinar about 3 times and where is my free stuff basically door prizes? Anybody who actually got the package can you inbox me i wanna ask some personal questions ?
I invested in the Fast Track System and helped me get started. I also attended Cody's Clever investor summit which was awesome. 3 days of hardcore training. Yes Fast Track is geared for beginner's and Cost does a great job of explaining everything. I still refer to it every now and then. Cody is a marketing genius so his marketing module is very good. I have not regretted my investment. I also got his m5 system. I like it. So for newbies The Fast Track System is a great resource.
I always have trouble with those that are sitting in their lambo talking about how good life is when in fact they make their dough selling information... but if it works for you great
Hi All- Loved all responses with inspiring RE investors bound to grow. Just curios if anyone had recently got the training package from the Cody/Josh team put it to play and found it highly effective compared to other trainers. Also what was in the training that cut the ice and the differentiator. As like all we get slammed with too many training promotions and it can become overwhelming who to pick not to mention paying a good price and then not getting anything out of it. Thanks all.
Hey everyone, I wanted to give my review of the program real quick. I didn't buy it from the direct website but instead from a third party who was only charging $99 rather than the pretty big price tag of $500. I couldn't afford that so I took the risk and it was definitely worth it. These guys hold nothing back and there is a lot of information to cover. At $500 it probably makes sense to find your info but I was comfortable paying $100 and getting every single thing I needed to make a deal all in one place. Cody and Josh give great videos and provide a lot of documents including contracts so you're covered. The course took about 3 weeks and I took a lot of notes which I recommend. I followed the system exactly as they said which I also recommend and I was able to close my first assignment deal within 3 weeks after the training. I made about $3800. Not too bad for a beginner. I think I can make that consistently for a few months and then I can really invest a lot of time in it. If you're scared of the price tag, I would definitely check out the guys I bough it from. http://www.discountonlinecourses.net/
Thanks for sharing your feed back Mirza. It was right on time.
Do we have any new recent updates from those that finished the training and how it helped them from the rest of the mentors.

Yeah no problem at all. A couple of others hit me up too about if the website is real or not and it absolutely is, very quick response too. You can literally call them. The course as I said was great but i just would not pay $500. Plus that's really just the starting price. Research shows there are crazy upsales for monthly stuff of a few hundred bucks and "mentoring" that's almost 10 grand. All the information can be found online (as with anything) but it would take a while to find ALL the information in the course. It was nice to have it all in one place.

I noticed you first posted about a year ago. I hope by now you've taken some action. Don't fall into analysis paralysis. If it's the price tag of the course, BP has all of that information already but I agree.. it's a bit scattered. If you've got the money, buy the course. It has very consolidated info. If you're right in the middle as I was, check the website I posted earlier. The course definitely helped get my first deal and I'm now working on my second. It had all the right info. I don't believe the other fluff included like the support from their HQ is worth it as its going to be you who takes action. Consider the course an investment into a tool. You now possess the tool and the knowledge on how use it, but you're the one that has to go to work.
PS: I'm not affiliated with the course or the site. Just trying to help.
Thank Mirza appreciate your feedback. I am already a passive investor Landlording but I am more trying to engage in wholesaling or buying off-market properties for deals but it need more time input.
I have access to a Property analysis that I am subscribed to but wanted to see how everyone was faring at this course and if was any different.
Justin Valedon U are great inspiration just like Monika. Thank you for charging us up to make the change by taking some form of action. Thanks Mirza for the resource link
@Mirza Baig and @Stanley Dean. first off I want to say thank you for taking a look into some of my training. I really appreciate you and look forward to earning your business.
As for purchasing my training from a 3rd party website that stole it I am extremely unhappy. This is my intellectual and copyrighted property sold by a website that steals credit card info from unsuspecting good people like yourselves. I would definitely check your password (if you used the same one you use for other sites) and credit card info as we have had multiple complaints from unfortunate investors like yourselves that were tricked into purchasing my stolen courses at a discount only to find out later their identities were stolen.
I hope anyone else reading this avoids the same mistake and I have already filed a complaint with DMCA as well as the domain registrar of the website.
@Cody Sperber and @Mirza Baig I'm following this thread because I'd debating whether or not to buy the course too and felt compelled to post something as well now. I also bought it from that site (discountonlinecourses.net) and I have to say.. so far so good. Payment is through paypal so I'm sure it's secure. Couldn't one argue that you've only posted that because you created the course and wouldn't want anyone to buy it from a 3rd party?
Cody is a Beast!!!!!
Hi Roger Bickley I know cody does sound very effective in his talk but want your feedback have u used it for a while and is it effective to teach the secrets ins n outs of wholesaling than any other mentor. Thank you for your feedback

Hi Monika Smith, Very inspiring post. I today have purchased Cody Sperbers 1 million in real estate product and I am currently going through the 1st module, for me I'm learning from the information he is teaching. I do like the visuals mainly because it the best way besides doing it for me to learn!
